​​Join us on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 for the Fourth Annual Keller Williams Gainesville RED Day Kicks for a Cause Charity Kickball Tournament at The Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida! We will be hosting a group stage-style tournament where the community will come together for a day of fun, fellowship, and fundraising for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida. The entry fee comes with a team shirt for each player, plus the 1st and 2nd place teams will be taking home trophies!

Here are a few details about how to register:

• Team Sponsor

  • Register your entire team at once for $375

  • Once you register your team, you will be sent codes for your individual team members to register and sign waivers with no additional cost. Each individual must register and agree to our liability waiver to be able to participate in the tournament.

• Team Captain/Player

  • ​​Registration cost will be $25 per individual​

  • Once your captain registers, you will be sent codes for your individual team members to register and sign up directly on to your team. Each individual must register and agree to our liability waiver to be able to participate in the tournament.

  • The team captain must be registered prior to any team members registering

Here are a few details about the tournament:

• Parking on the day of the event will be available behind The Boys and Girl's Club and on NW 51st Street.

• Check in for the tournament will start at 8 am with announcements taking place between 8:30-8:45 am and the games starting promptly at 9 am

• The tournament will be played in two stages: a group stage and playoffs

  • Group stage:

    • Group sizes will depend on the number of teams registered.

    • Teams will play other teams in their group with one break period during the first half of the day

    • 1-2 teams will advance from each group depending on win percentage, runs for, and runs against. In the event of a tie, head-head differential will determine the team that advances

    • Teams will be guaranteed at least 3 games during this stage

  • Playoffs

    • A seeded single elimination Bracket of 4 teams will be created based on the same win percentage, runs for, and runs against

    • Seed 1 will play Seed 4 and Seed 2 will play Seed 3 for the semi-finals followed by the championship between the semi-final winners
